Empties Post!

Hi Guys,

Here’s a quick empties post to get you started for the week!

empties

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner

I purchased this bottle from Clicks waaaaay back when Aussie first landed in our stores (thanks Clicks!) and have finally finished it. I think it’s a good non-salon brand of hair care products, nothing to flash for the price though. Has a delicious herbal scent too, but I’m on the fence about repurchasing. It was a good buy for the price but I’ll still shop around to find better.

Tresemme Dry Shampoo

I received this bottle from Jodi when it was almost all gone to give it a test run and I was not impressed. At all :/. The only thing I liked was how much you could control the amount coming out of the nozzle. I think darker haired lasses would prefer this product because of how invisible the spray is, but it really spreads finely and does not dry out my roots at all really. No repurchasing of you!

Earthsap ConditionerΒ

Great natural conditioner for the really really good price! I like it as an everyday, nothing special conditioner. I don’t think it’s particularly hydrating though, but it does a good job all round. Will repurchase!

Batiste Dry Shampoo

Ahhh my beloved Batiste. No dry shampoo really compares. This is my 3rd bottle of the stuff. It’s great for blondes and really helps to lighten up roots, relatively inexpensive and has a ginormous product range. This dry shampoo can really take 2 day old hair back to freshly washed hair. Winner! Had already bought another one before this finished.

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair II

I got a sample of this to try the mythical properties of it when I was shopping around for a serum. I must say that although one would probably only see the results of this stuff years from now after continuous use, I did think it was a nice product. It absorbed fast, had a pleasant smell that didn’t come across as artificial and did plump up the fine lines around my eyes a little. I won’t be buying a full bottle because 1) I don’t have that kind of money and 2) I think the results I’m wanting for my skin could probably be achieved through a natural oil and even more dramatic results through a facelift.

Have an enjoyable week,

Beth
