Yes, we know we’re a bit late to the October party, and that its already half way through November practically, but things have been hectic on our side, lots of exciting plans and giveaways coming up on the blog from now until Christmas – YAY! Ok, so without delaying any further, here are our October favourites:
Eau Thermale Avene Thermal Spring Water
As the weather is getting warmer, I’m loving this more and more. I’ve been using it pretty much every day for the last four weeks and I have to say that my skin is looking happier than it has in a long time. I like to have a little spray before I put on my moisturiser in the morning, and after I’ve cleansed my face at night (when I remember). – Jess
Eucerin Sun Cream Oil Control
I’m currently LOVING this sun cream, I think it’s another factor that explains why my skin is so happy at the moment and is looking so healthy. YAY for Eucerin. It really lives us to it’s name and doesn’t make my skin oily at all! This is a staple in my bag at the moment. (This is also becoming even more of a favourite as summer is approaching) – Jess
Yardley StayFast Lipstick in Nude
This lipstick has fast become one of my favourites for this year, never mind this month. This ‘Nude’ colour is quite dark on me, definitely not nude, but I’m so into it. It’s a great shade, and makes me look so well put together, even though I’ve just thrown on a t-shirt and slapped some of this on my lips – winning! – Jess
Lush Snowman Shower Jelly
I was given this by the lurvly people at Lush when we attended their Christmas party last month. At first I had no clue how to use it, until Michelle told me to scoop it all up and lather it on myself and then put it back in it’s container, then I became properly obsessed with it! It has a beautiful citrusy/fruity scent with bergamot oil (my fav!) and lathers up quite easily without going overboard. I love how it makes my whole bathroom smell after a shower. So gooooood – Beth
