Shasha review

Hiiiiiii *waves*

Hope you’re having a great day!

We recently go our hands on some lovely products from Shasha Do No Harm.

Shasha Skincare products are handmade on the Kredouw Olive Estate, using extra virgin olive oil as the main ingredient. Their products do not include any animal-derived products and are not tested on animals at all.Β They are also endorsed by both Beauty Without Cruelty and Vegan South Africa.

Overall I found these products really soothing for my skin, leaving it feeling hydrated, soft and clean. Winning.

Massage/Body Oils – Fire

This message oil is lovely – especially if you’re a bit stiff from a workout. Really subtle scent, and it amazingly doesn’t leave you feeling like you’re covered in oil!

Olive Exfoliating Scrub

This scrub is great – I leave it in my shower as a reminder to scrub scrub scrub. This scrub is gentle enough for me to use more than once a week without my skin getting a bit irritated.

Olive Lip Balm

This is a really nice subtle lip balm, keeping lips happy without a heavy scent or leaving an oily residue on your lips.

Olive Renewal Moisturiser

My skin is rather dry, especially after winter. This moisturiser really soothed my skin, I felt like my skin was hydrated throughout the day, but at the same time it could breath.

Olive Serum

This Olive Serum really soothes my skin, I’ve found it great to use before I go to bed, and after checking their website I’ve realised that this is because the scent of this serum. The Olive Oil in this serum acts as an anti-oxidant, while the evening primrose oil helps the skin with cell restoration. Winning!

Olive Facial Cleansing Oil

This cleansing oil removes all the dirt, make-up and impurities while soothing your skin with the Olive Oil and the Chamomile Oil.

Olive Cuticle Oil

I’ve been keeping this cuticle oil on my desk for the last few weeks, to try and encourage myself to use it. I know all the benefits of cuticle oil but I just can’t seem to remember to use it. Since this cuticle oil has been chilling on my desk I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in the state of my cuticles and my nails. My favourite thing about this product is its subtle scent – not overpowering at all!

Their prices are really reasonable, and remember – all are cruelty free and vegan! For more information, visit their website.

Love, bunnies and olive oil.
